The platform advertises property on behalf of owners and licensed brokers. These are the terms that come with using it.

What World Warehouse is
World Warehouse Advertising L.L.C operates worldwarehouse.org as an advertising platform. Owners and licensed brokers publish their property here and we publish what they give us. We are not the landlord, we do not act as broker for either side of a letting, and we are not a party to any lease that follows from an enquiry made through the site.
The advertiser owns the advertisement
Rent, area, availability date, photographs, licence details and every specification shown on a listing come from the advertiser named on it, and keeping them true is their responsibility. Treat a listing as an invitation to enquire. Inspect the unit and read the lease and the licence before money moves.
The regulatory catalogue
The zone records, activity classifications and licensing requirements on this site are transcribed from published UAE sources and are shown with the authority each requirement belongs to. They report what the published catalogue says. They are not a licensing decision, and the authority named against a requirement is the one that decides your application.
Using the site
You may browse the catalogue, search it, and enquire about a property you have a real interest in renting.
You may not extract the catalogue in bulk or republish it, point an automated agent at the enquiry form, or use a phone number found here for marketing unrelated to the property it belongs to. We block access that does any of these.
Advertising with us
An advertiser account is opened by arrangement rather than by public sign-up. By publishing a listing you confirm that you hold the right to advertise that property and, where UAE law requires one for the work you are doing, a valid brokerage registration.
We remove a listing that is inaccurate, unlawful, or advertised without that right, and we suspend an account that does it repeatedly.
Where our responsibility ends
We are responsible for operating the platform and for what we say about our own service. We are not responsible for the condition of an advertised property, for the conduct of an advertiser or an enquirer, for a decision taken by a licensing authority, or for the outcome of a transaction that began with an enquiry here.
The site can be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Names, marks and photographs
The World Warehouse name, the mark and the design of this site belong to World Warehouse Advertising L.L.C. Photographs belong to whoever supplied them and appear here by that person's permission.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the federal law of the United Arab Emirates together with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Arabic and English
This page is published in Arabic and in English. Where the two texts differ, the Arabic text prevails.
