Know where you can operate, before you lease
Every business activity in the GCC answers to a different mix of authorities, licenses and zone permissions. World Warehouse maps all of them, so you can confirm where an activity is allowed to run before you sign a lease.
Built from official sources: ISIC classification, UAE Fire and Life Safety Code, Trakheesi validation, open land-department data.
The activity navigator
Pick a category, then an activity. The navigator returns its license type, the authorities that approve it, the full requirement checklist and every zone where it is permitted to operate.

One regulatory brain behind every listing
One dataset, not weeks of PRO legwork
Every activity in the catalog is pre-mapped to its license type, its approving authorities and its requirements, so you screen viability in seconds instead of walking a PRO between counters for weeks.
Per-emirate rules, unified
Civil Defense, municipality, MOCCAE and free zone conditions differ by emirate and by zone. The navigator resolves them into one consolidated view for each activity across the GCC.
Checked against official sources
Requirements are modeled on ISIC classification, the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code, Trakheesi activity validation and open land-department data, and are flagged where verification is still pending.
Honesty note. The demo shows a working sample of the full regulatory dataset, 26 of 109 activities across 12 of 25 activity categories. Licensing requirements are illustrative and modeled on official sources.
